'OH WHAT A NIGHT! - A Musical Tribute To Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons' hits Hamilton's Founders Theatre later this month.
The show is on a whistle-stop, 14-day, 10-date New Zealand tour that is sure to send audiences berserk, just like the real Jersey Boys did some 40 yearsago.
OH WHAT A NIGHT! is a highly-successful production written by Independent Motown producer and creative consultant George Solomon (also in the show) and award-winning producer/director Michael Chapman with choreography by Paul Holmquist.
This tribute show, staged in Hamilton on August 25, features all of the original hits including Frankie Valli's biggest solo hit from the blockbuster movie Grease as well as earlier hits such as Sherry, Rag Doll and Walk Like a Man, through to 1970s favourites Who Loves You and the more melodic love songs, Can't Take My Eyes Off You and My Eyes Adored You.
Four seasoned performers complete the line-up: George Solomon, Chris Anderson, Thomas Bevan and Josh Woodie. Between the scores of recognisable tunes, the foursome deliver spirited, informative and often hilarious banter.
