MANDARIN SAN CHOY BOW

Serves 8

500g pork mince

2 tsp Gourmet Garden Thai Fresh Blend

1 mandarin

8 iceberg lettuce leaves

Cook mince in a non-stick frying pan for three to four minutes or until just turning colour. Add Thai blend and mandarin segments that have been stripped of pith and sliced in half. Stir-fry until cooked. Divide mixture among lettuce leaves and serve.
