This album is full of catchy tunes.

This album is full of catchy tunes.

Bastille - not named after the prison as such, but after Bastille Day, which is lead singer Dan Smith's birthday - have stormed the pop-rock world with their catchy tunes Pompeii and Things We Lost in the Fire from last year's album Bad Blood. Now they've re-issued the album as All This Bad Blood with a whopping extra 13 tracks, including B-sides, the rather quirky Of the Night, a mash-up of Corona's Rhythm of the Night and Snap!'s Rhythm is a Dancer, and a cover of City High's What Would You Do?. The songs have nods to Bastille's trademark elements - electronica, choral harmonies, indie guitars and fun - and in combination with the original album it's a massive 80-plus minutes of pop treasure. Listen out for the short but sweet closing track Tuning Out.
