That Sugar Film is an an entertaining journey down the evil path we follow with our sugar intake.

Don't think documentary when you think about That Sugar Film.

It's not slow, dreary and top-heavy on facts but an entertaining journey down the evil path we follow with our sugar intake.

It would be impossible to watch Damon Gameau's journey without learning some valuable information that will make you body that little bit healthier.

Taking a concept used by Morgan Spurlock in his movie Super Size Me, Gameau takes his normal, healthy body and subjects it to a sustained sugar attack.

Eating foods which you and I would commonly eat and consider reasonably healthy, Gameau gives us a realistic picture of the quantity of sugar in what we eat.

Gameau doesn't just pick the easy targets such as icecream, fries, hamburgers and the like - he eats "normal" and shows us just how "normal" it really is.

But he also delves beneath the skin using clever film-making techniques to takes us through how the body physically deals with this overload of sugar.

Throughout his entertaining and informative journey, Gameau is closely monitored by health professionals who are astounded at how quickly his body begins to feels the damaging effects of his altered food intake.

You can help but take a moment to think about how you approach food and eating after viewing Gameau's fascinating journey.
