A British survey has found that women get more pleasure out of buying a new handbag than virtually anything else - picking up a new bag even beats scoring a flash new pair of heels.
It's not surprising really: Your bag is something you carry everywhere and for some people
it is like an extension of home, stashed full of familiar comforts.
If it's time for a new bag, there are lots of cute styles around at the moment. I particularly like the really bright colours that are perfect for perking up an otherwise neutral or toned-down outfit.
