When Mumble (Elijah Wood) stumbled on to our screens six years ago, a generation of children grew to love Antarctica's magnificent emperor penguins.

Mr Happy Feet is back again, but now he's a grown-up.

Mumble has a son called Erik (Ava Acres). However, he is no ordinary boy. Erik is reluctant to dance, which makes him different from his fellow penguins - and very different to his father.

When Erik runs away, he encounters The Mighty Sven (Hank Azaria), a penguin who can fly.

Back home, Mumble has his own problems when his penguin colony faces a catastrophic threat. Presumably caused by global warming, a huge iceberg shatters and traps the colony.

Mumble must assemble all the penguin nations and all the creatures of the Antarctic to put things right. And he calls on some interesting creatures, from runaway krill, Will (Brad Pitt) and Bill (Matt Damon), to a monstrous elephant seal with a bad attitude.

The renegade krill, seeking a more adventurous life away from their school, offer some great humorous interludes.
