A new yoga and pilates studio in Hamilton is offering the chance for practitioners to become qualified teachers.

Abundance Studio Auckland is planning to run the internationally recognised 'Power Living Australia's 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training Course' in Hamilton,

This intensive Vinyasa Yoga training course focuses on an in-depth understanding of the anatomy and physiology of Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga assana and assisting, foundations and history of Raja Yoga, yoga philosophy, selecting and designing different sequences, introduction to Ayurveda, meditation and Pranayama, counselling skills and techniques, connecting with your class, and practical teaching experience with feedback.

Upon successful completion of the course you are certified to teach in Australia, New Zealand, and overseas. You will receive a 200 hour accreditation from Yoga Alliance (USA). This will allow you to become a registered yoga teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance and obtain personal membership with the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia (YTAA).



We are opening a yoga studio in Hamilton this year! We will need certified teachers! Opening date TBA.
