15 minute meal: Beef 'n eggs

Save BEEF 'N EGGS
500g lean minced beef
1 tbsp canola oil
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
250g mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp each ground nutmeg, dried oregano
225g fresh spinach, washed and chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Heat a frypan to medium. Brown the meat well in
oil, breaking it up with a fork.
Fry onion, garlic and mushrooms, until soft.
