500g rump steak, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced

1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
8 flour tortillas
sour cream and salsa for serving
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Season the steak. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Place to one side. Keep warm. Add the onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the green pepper. Season. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Warm the tortillas in the microwave on high for about 1 minute. Place the steak and vegetables on the tortillas, top with sour cream and salsa and roll up. -Serves 4
