Save One person has died following a serious crash in Te Puke earlier today.
A single-vehicle crash happened at the intersection of Number 3 Rd and Macloughlin Rd shortly after 12.30pm, police said in a statement.
While inquiries are ongoing initial indications suggest the crash was due to a medical event,
the statement said.
The intersection where the crash happened and the surrounding roads have now re-opened.
