When junior netball in Kaitaia resumes this Saturday after taking a break for the school holidays, the KPS Angels will continue to focus on building their skills as they aim to fly to even greater heights on court in the Mangonui Netball Centre's Year 5/6 grade.
Kaitaia Primary School spokesperson
Sharon Patrick said she has been monitoring the progress of the team with much interest.
"The enthusiasm on these kids faces shows they are as keen as ever, even though not that successful with the number of wins so far this season. All games have been very close and the girls are improving in their positions each week to make a promising little team."
Contributing to this ongoing improvement said Patrick, was the work done by coach Elena Holdaway who, with KPS Legends Year 3/4 coach, Kate Martin, were first-year teachers hailing all the way from Dunedin.
