Last week I mentioned the NZ Trust event that is run by the Auckland Centre.
Unfortunately the wrong date was provided and this event is being held from February 10-18 next year and not January. Entries close on December 20.
The premier singles for men (held in North Harbour) andwomen (in Auckland) will be played on September 23-24. Entries close on September 6. Check the websites of the centre concerned to enter.
The centre opening will be held on Sunday, September 3 at Bowls Whangarei with the opening of the new season at 1.30pm. Centre pennants will be held on the weekend of September 16-17.
This event is for men and women's fours teams. Forms will be forwarded to clubs with entries closing on September 8. The entry fee is $80 per team and venues will be confirmed once the number of entries are known.
Umpires Association AC Fours tournament is to be held on Sunday, August 27 at the Kamo greens.
