A number of people have gathered at the Western Hills Dr base, some consoling a man in a bloodied T-shirt.

A silver Mercedes is inside the police cordon at the front of the ambulance station.

A woman said she saw a man at the car with blood on his arm or shoulder and a group of people have arrived outside the cordon and are hugging each other.
