Rachel Hunter will be in Whangārei tomorrow night on her The Nature of Well-Being tour at Kamo Intermediate.

Kiwi supermodel turned yogi Rachel Hunter will be in Whangārei tomorrow, passing on her knowledge and experience of well-being.

Hunter, who has strong ties to Northland, will bring her The Nature of Well-Being tour to Kamo Intermediate School from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

It follows a similar event Hunter hosted at Kamo Hall last March which received rave reviews and feedback.

In this latest tour attendees can expect a relaxed evening of meditation, breath work and a journey toward their own inner well-being.

Sharing her personal wellness tools, Hunter will hold space for conscious conversation and provide the opportunity to experience new ways to support the ups and downs of daily life and reconnect with the natural joy within.

Its hoped the intimate evening will give those attending a rare opportunity to experience their own transformative odyssey back to joy and well-being.

In 2017 Hunter went to India where she became a yoga teacher late last year, completing 200 hours' teacher training with the top Sattva yoga academy in the Himalayas.

Hunter is a regular visitor to Northland, for work. She filmed an Air New Zealand in-flight safety video in the Bay of Islands in 2016 as well as posting many snaps taken in Northland on her Instagram account in the past two years.

In early 2017 she left a pair of jandals on the world-famous in Northland jandal fence in Kaeo.

Northland also features heavily in Hunter's favourite New Zealand spots in an interview with influential US fashion magazine Harper's Bazaar last year.
