A Whangarei woman has elected a jury trial on two charges of aggravated robbery.
Michelle Monk, 34, briefly appeared in the Whangarei District Court yesterday and was further remanded on bail.
Police allege Monk, together with a man, robbed a person of a handbag containing miscellaneous cards and about$5000 cash on April 2 last year.
On May 22, it's alleged that she, together with another person, robbed a man of a cellphone and his driver's licence. Monk's trial is scheduled for March 9.
