RECEPTIONIST/ACCOUNTS CLERK We are seeking an applicant who can multi-task and enjoys a challenge, to support our team. Our ideal candidate will have proven experience inassisting people, accounts work and administration, great computer skills and be able to prioritise their workload under pressure. The work is interesting and varied and would suit someone who enjoys being part of a busy team.
OFFICE MANAGER / TRUST ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR Do you have proven business experience and strong organisational skills? Can you set up and maintain effective systems to ensure the smooth running of our office? If so, we want to meet you! Our ideal candidate will also be a trained Trust Account Administrator, have exceptional communication skills and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position. You will be running our busy office, whilst preparing accounts, GST, PAYE, Budgets and Debtor Management, so you must be able to handle situations professionally and with complete discretion.
