One person has died in car crash in Northland overnight.
The crash took place on Otaika Valley Rd in Otaika, near Whangarei, just after midnight.
One person died at the scene, between Stunnell Rd and Mulberry Lane, police said.
Serious crash investigators are working to determine the cause.
