Vacancy 014/2016 Kaimahi Navigator, Matauranga Whanui (5 FTE Positions)
The successful applicants will be part of a dynamic and active team dedicated to working with whanau and families and the
community at large to enable better access and engagement to services that are culturally appropriate and clinically robust.

If you believe you have an innate ability to "think outside the square" and the words innovation and creativity excites you then
this may be the team for you. If you enjoy increasing opportunities for youth and whanau to be successful in education,
employment and recreation read on. If you think you can handle the tough discussions about issues related to stop-smoking
and harm from alcohol and other drugs then we would encourage you to apply.

Should you be inclined to get up close and professional with parents and their pepi and tamaariki in their own homes and to
encourage participation in early childhood education whatever their preferences might be then you might consider these roles.

Vacancy 018/2016 Personal Assistant to General Manager, Matauranga Whanui, Whangarei
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant whose key responsibilities include:

Management and prioritization of all forms of correspondence, arranging meetings and events and making travel bookings.
Day to day management of the office to ensure the smooth running of the Matauranga Whanui team.

The ideal applicant will have extensive PA and office management experience [ideally a minimum of 5+ years]; Excellent Microsoft
Office suite knowledge; exceptional time management and organisational skills; impeccable personal presentation; good IT and
technical nous.

Vacancy 015/2016 CRM Technical Administrator, Ngati Hine Health Trust, Kawakawa
This position provides primary support for our client Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and attached applications with a focus on maintaining, managing, and administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will have relative IT focused education and preferably MS Dynamics CRM training and experience in migrating/integrating data between Dynamics and other systems using ETL tools such as SSIS.

Vacancy 016/2016 Super User Whanau Ora, Ngati Hine Health Trust, Kawakawa
This position will know the business and are the "go to" person to answer system functionality and business process questions.
They will be expected to provide immediate responses to end-user requests for business process help, basic system navigation questions, and other "how to" or "I can't get it to work" issues. They will also develop and deliver training to end users on business processes and system use.

Vacancy 017/2016 Business Data Analyst, Ngati Hine Health Trust, Kawakawa
This position will support best practice, data quality management, assurance, business processes and change management by providing report analysis, developing report templates and insights on customer behaviour such as transactions and usage.

Vacancy 019/2016 Accounts Officer, Ngati Hine Health Trust, Kawakawa
This position will assist and support the Chief Financial Officer by providing a full range of accounting and financial services for the
Ngati Hine Health Trust. The ideal candidate will be a professional with:

Vacancy 023/2016 Financial Accountant, Ngati Hine Health Trust, Kawakawa
This position will assist and support the Chief Financial Officer in carrying out the responsibilities of financial services for the
Ngati Hine Health Trust.

The ideal candidate will be a professional with:
A strong working knowledge of financial management within the health social sector.
Will have a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take ownership of the accounting function and add value.
Possess superior analytical and problem solving skills.
Advanced user of Microsoft applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in Financial Audit and Compliance.
Strong analytical and report writing skills.
Understands and is confident in Kaupapa Maori environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation where you will be focussed on assisting in driving business forward.

To be successful for this role you will have:
experience using MYOB EXONET in the service industry;
experience in the health services sector;
a CA or ACA qualification - this is preferred however not essential;
excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills;
the ability to produce accurate reporting in a timely manner.
