A group of Onerahi residents will march through the suburb this evening, to show their opposition to proposed plans for a bottle store at the corner of the shopping centre.
Members of the community are opposing the Onerahi Liquor Centre, proposed by businessman Edward Jones.
The community hikoi will start at the Onerahi police station at 5.30pm and march the site of the proposed store at 6pm, where members of the community will hang placards. Onerahi already has three off-licences.
