Competition is heating up after just two rounds of the NorthTec Adam Blair secondary schools rugby league competition.
Dargaville High School are in command at the top of the South Pool, with Whangarei Boys' High School and Kamo High School rounding out the top three.
In the North Pool, KaitaiaCollege have a slight lead over Northland College, with TKKM/Taipa close behind in third.
This week's South Pool fixtures see Bream Bay College hosting Bay of Islands College, Kamo High School hosting Dargaville High School, and Tikipunga High School playing Whangarei Boys' High School.
In the North Pool, Okaihau College host Whangaroa College, TKKM/Taipa play Northland College, and Broadwood Area School take on Abundant Life College.
Meanwhile, the train-on squad for the Adam Blair XIII team to play the Vodafone Warriors Development on March 26 will be announced this Friday. There will be three training sessions on successive Saturday mornings commencing March 12.
