An 18-year-old woman will appear before Whangarei District Court on a charge of driving with excess breath-alcohol this week after being charged with drink-driving.
The woman was stopped on Selwyn Ave by police on Saturday at 2.20am.
She allegedly blew 547 micrograms of alcohol per litre of breath.
