Todd Skudder has helped Westech Automotives Maungakaramea clinch top spot in the Reserve 40-Over competition with a win over Onerahi Central in the last round.
Maungakaramea batted first and through aggressive batting and a poor fielding display from Onerahi Central, the home side made 179 for six from their overs.
Skudder led the way with an unbeaten 91, belting seven fours and three sixes, while Carl Tomich chipped in with 20.
Axel Sheppard (2 for 27), Martin Tansley (2 for 24) and Adam Sylva (2 for 26) chipped in with wickets for Onerahi Central.
In reply Onerahi Central had seven batsman make it into double figures but none scored more than 17, making the chase incredibly difficult.
City then cruised to the mark behind an enterprising unbeaten 81 from Brad Lang, coupled with contributions from King (47) and Jake Serotsky (21 not out).
Kamo also picked up a good six-wicket win over Whangarei Boys' High School Second XI.
Craig Gurr led WBHS with 54, while Jason Prowse took three for 38 as WBHS scored 165 for 8.
In reply, Kamo comfortably got home behind good innings from Logan Choat (52 not out), Sam Turton-Organ (38), Richard Cates (27) and Stefan Hunt (26 not out).
In the final match, Kerikeri cruised to a seven-wicket win over Bream Bay.
Set 219 to win, Kerikeri made light work of the big chase.
Owen Arthur scored an unbeaten 98 and was ably supported by Luke Halligan (46) and Kane Webster (25 not out) as they got home with 14 overs to spare.
