The NZ National Club Championships were completed last weekend in Hamilton and although our triples and fours teams did not win the event it is congratulations to the Kensington women's fours skipped by Maree Attwood, who qualified and then had a close loss in the quarter-finals. In the triples event, the Kamo combination skipped by Madeline Yovich just missed out on qualifying by the differential. Unfortunately the results were deleted very quickly off the NZ website and I am unable to confirm the placings of the other teams.

This weekend sees the start of centre Champion of Champions events with the singles on Saturday and the Champion of Champions triples being held on Sunday. Singles players - don't forget that a marker is required.

Please note that both events have been transferred to Mangawhai greens.

The centre handbook advises that reporting time is 8am for the draw and play is scheduled to start at 8.30am.

With Daylight Savings now finished, the earlier start time is required so that games don't conclude in the dark.
