Television's nice guy Pio Terei is back on the small screen exploring Northland sights and having adventures along the way in Te Araroa: Tales From The Trails.
Terei will reveal hidden treasures and awe-inspiring sights in season two of the show that follows the Te Araroa path which links 3000kmof walking tracks from Cape Reinga to Bluff.
As well as some human and natural history, plenty of laughs, hearty yarns and blisters are guaranteed.
Sleeping in Department of Conservation huts along the way and cooking outdoors in breath-taking scenery, Terei connects with locals and uncovers some unique community stories.
Filming in Northland included the Bream Head and Mangawhai sections of the trail.
