Tray Bake Chicken
• 4 x 150g skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
• 1 Tbsp (20ml) garlic infused olive oil
• 4 Tbsp (80g) basil pesto
• 250g cherry tomatoes
Preheat oven to 180C. Place chicken breasts in a large, shallow roasting tray and drizzle with oil. Season with sea salt and cracked
