Bad Neighbours 2 features hilarious one liners and inappropriate jokes.

Hilarious! That is the one word I would use to describe Seth Rogen's latest gem.

I wasn't expecting too much from this Bad Neighbours sequel. How could anyone remake a movie with a similar storyline and make it better than the original?

Gladly, I was proved wrong within the first two minutes of this film. It was as if the original film hadn't ended and things picked up right where they left off.

Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) are now expecting their second child and have purchased a new family home.

But before they can move into their new home, they need to sell their current home that featured in the first film.

The house next door is now empty and there is no sign of a fraternity.

The new owners have requested a 30-day period to drop by the house at any time and conduct tests on the quality of the home. They are not obligated to purchase the home if they change their mind.

During this period the empty fraternity house gets leased to a feminist sisterhood who want to start their own sorority, Kappa Nu, and break the rules.

What follows is another war between neighbours, more hilarious one liners, inappropriate jokes and ridiculous costumes.

If you enjoyed the first one then Bad Neighbours 2 is definitely worth watching.
