A couple of things in this world would solve all my problems.
The first is a massive Lotto win and the second would be if I had my very own Oppressor GL glass bottle crusher.

At just over a metre tall and slim enough to fit in your average broom cupboard, this baby will smash its way through up to 60 wine or spirit bottles or 160 beer stubbies leaving you with a 20-litre bucket of glass sand in a matter of seconds.
The nifty filter system and sealed bucket ensure there's no risk of glass dust escaping - and wonder of wonders, it is also quiet enough to not upset your calm surrounds.
I am acutely embarrassed by the volume of glass I recycle each week; this way I can recycle in the privacy of my own home and use the sand for landscaping and whatnot.
