Predators
(R16) Roadshow Entertainment
It doesn't always pay to be a ruthless killer. There is a chance your evil ways will see you whisked away to an alien world where you'll be hunted as prey.
This is what awaits you in Predators.
A motley crew of nine ruthless killers, including a Yakuza assassin,
an African mercenary, a Russian gangster and a Latino enforcer, find themselves parachuting into a strange land with no knowledge of how they got there or why.
Coming from all parts of the world, this group has little in common apart from a desire to kill, and to be paid for doing it.
But they have not been brought to this land to kill ... but to be killed.
Aliens have brought them in as fodder for their evil hunting pleasure. It's the human predator up against the alien predator.
The aliens want to be tested by the best so choose those whose special set of skills revolve around killing.
The aliens are powerful, with special heat-seeking and night-vision skills, so survival should be impossible for the killers.
The group, led by Royce (Adrien Brody) and Isabelle (Alice Braga), must use all its wits to survive long enough to discover the weakness of these creatures.
Survival is one thing, escape from this planet is another, but Royce is determined to achieve both - with or without the assistance of the other assassins.
