Good energetic music is a great way to start off a productive day - and The Black Eyed Peas latest album offers just that. As I was preparing for an early morning run I started thinking about which music I should listen to and came across The Beginning album byThe Black Eyed Peas. What a perfect choice.
The 15-track album starts off with the I've Had The Time of My Life remake Black Eyed Peas style - The Time (Dirty Bit). Although I'm not a huge fan of the song, having been a die-hard fan of the original, it still had its place as a running buddy.
Followed was Light Up The Night - another fun energetic song to put you in a good mood. My favourite tracks on the album are Xoxoxo, Do It Like This, Own It, The Best One Yet and The Coming. The popular Just Can't Get Enough is on there too.
The Black Eyed Peas are never going to be the best vocalists or rappers, but their music is solid - they come up with hit after hit and create music people want to listen to.
They're fun, energetic songs, that scream positivity and happiness. The Beginning album is great if you want to have a good time! 4/5
