1/4 cup each: chopped parsley, grated tasty cheese
Steam the broccoli until crisp and tender. Saute theonion and mushrooms in the oil until soft.
Combine the sour cream with the flour then carefully mix with the vegetables, seasonings and parsley. Place in an oven-proof dish. Top with the cheese.
Microwave on 50 per cent power for 5-6 minutes or bake in a 190C oven for 15 minutes. Great served with mashed orange kumara. Serves 4
