BARBECUE-STYLE BURGERS
500g lean minced beef
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns, split, grilled or toasted
1 1/3 cups coleslaw with dressing
2 each: tomatoes, gherkins, sliced
