15 minute meal: Tomato cheese fondue

TOMATO CHEESE FONDUE
25g butter
400g shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk, scalded
400g can tomatoes, drained and chopped
1tsp  Worcestershire sauce
1 stick French bread
Crisp  veges such as carrots, peppers, courgettes
Melt the butter in the top part of a double boiler over just-simmering water. Gradually stir in the cheese until nearly melted. Slowly stir
in the milk.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the fondue with the Worcestershire sauce. Keep warm over a spirit burner or hot water.
Serve with cubes of French bread and crisp  veges for dipping. 
- Serves 4
