Prawn & vegetable honey stir-fry
1-2 tbsp canola oil
400g diced or chopped mixed fresh or frozen vegetables, such as peas, beans, broccoli, peppers, carrots
400g shelled raw prawns
1/4 cup toasted cashew nuts, chopped
1/3 cup honey mustard dressing
Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large wok or frying pan. Stir-fry
