LEMON CHICKEN BREASTS
2 large skinned and boned chicken breasts
1 tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp lemon juice
Flatten each chicken breast slightly. Combine the flour, salt and pepper and dust over the chicken.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan.
