GRILLED CURRIED CHICKEN WITH CINNAMON COUSCOUS
1 tbsp curry powder
3/4 cup plain yoghurt
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 large skinned and boned chicken breasts
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups each: hot water, plain couscous
Quickly toast the curry powder in a small pan to bring out
