BLACK BEAN BURRITOS
420g can black beans
1 cup Mexican-style salsa
2 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper to taste
8 flour tortillas, lightly warmed
1 cup shredded tasty Cheddar cheese
Drain and rinse the beans under the cold water tap. Drain well.
Combine the beans, salsa, and seasonings in saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat for about
