Chartered accountants from Northland gathered in Kerikeri on Friday for a gala dinner to formally acknowledge and welcome new members, milestone members and one new fellow.
The Chartered Accountants ANZ Northland Gala dinner 2017 was held at the Turner Centre.
Northland member services and events specialist Sarah Fox said threenew Maori CAs were welcomed as new members of the College of Chartered Accountants at the event - Solomon Dalton and Amy Mapp, both CAs from BDO Kerikeri; and Jessie Alison CA, who works at Ean Brown Partners in Whangarei.
Also receiving recognition as new College of Chartered Accountants were Mere Teinaki, CA, from Gilmore Taylor Whangarei who is of Pacific Island descent, Manik Fernando, CA from BDO Bay of Islands and Nathan Wright.
Fellowship - Dr Mike Pratt. Milestone members - Rich Kerr CA and Kathryn de Bruin CA (25 years); Clifton Baker CA, Michael Cummins CA, Maxwell Hayward CA, Lloyd Morris and Des Quinn CA (40 years).
