Hawke's Bay Spring Carnival race day
The Spring Racing Carnival was held on Saturday at the Hawke's Bay Racecourse. Hundreds of punters came out to enjoy a day of racing, fashion and sun. The big race was taken out by a horse called Ransomed, whose team collected the grand prize of $156,000. Hawke's Bay Today photographer Paul Taylor captured all the race day action.
