Mega day for Mega Walk
The sun shone down on the Mitre10 Megawalk at the weekend, with temperatures reaching 22 degrees in the middle of the day. The 28km Mega run or walk began in Hastings at Mitre10 Mega and ended in the carpark of Mitre10 Mega in Napier. There were events for all abilities including a 15km run or walk, a 6.5km walk and a 3.5km walk. Hawke's Bay Today photographer Paul Taylor was there to capture the action.
