Re-Decorating our lovely city
The heart of Napier City was transformed into a 1930s Deco affair at the weekend for the annual Tremains Art Deco Festival. Vintage cars cruised down Marine Parade, families dressed in their Art Deco best and visitors enjoyed the many events on offer. Chief photographer Warren Buckland was there to capture the best moments.
