THE talent of the Kaio whanau kids has been a feature of an outstanding Turanganui a Kiwa Darts Association season despite the difficulties of

Covid-19 throughout the country.

The pandemic put things on hold competition-wise in New Zealand but that did not stop siblings and junior players Te Kotahi, Ihaka and Manaia Kaio showing their exciting potential.

With the TAK season coming to an end, Ihaka leads the 180s tally with 21, including six he threw in Tuesday night’s Winter League.

Older brother Te Kotahi, the reigning Clubs New Zealand junior darts champion, is not far behind on 16.
