Tauranga too strong for GBHS

Tauranga Boys’ College first 15 defeated Gisborne Boys’ High 48-10 in a Super 8 secondary schools rugby competition clash in Tauranga on Saturday.

The visitors, after trailing 10-0 early in the game, came back to level it 10-all before the home side powered away for a convincing win.

Tauranga also won the other three games — 37-12 (second 15);

30-12 (under-15s) and 26-14 (u14s).
