“It became pretty much one-way traffic in the second half,” Masters midfielder Tony Scragg said.
“Our top team were just too good for us on the day.”
A feature of that match was the scoring of Mason O’Dwyer, who found the back of the net four times for the second weekend in a row.
The Masters won their first two games this season but their top team brought them back to earth with a thud.
To finish off the goal-fest, YMP A women banged in nine goals against their B team.
“After three rounds certainly the top YMP teams — men and women — have stamped their mark on the competition,” Scragg said.
“I am sure GMC Green will be there to push the YMP women’s team.
“THC and LOB A are certainly going to make the YMP A men’s team fight hard to keep their points lead in the competition.”
