DARTS

It was a night of close margins in the 2NZEF Association Summer Darts League.

Dart stalwarts Stu and Ange Leach, back from over “the ditch”, 2NZ 6 Shooters winter league captain Alf Cross and 2NZ Say My Name team member Aimee Collier this week filled in as The Phantoms and narrowly defeated Kuzzy’s Wahine 7-6.

Stu Leach plugged a 180 with his first three darts of the night. Cross collected the first win of the night, that being the teams game, and then for the next eight games of singles and pairs it was four games apiece.

Ange Leach threw the highest start of the night, 152, during her singles and had a 2-0 win against Jesse Richardson.

Kuzzy’s Richardson and Leach’s granddaughter Bray Reeves had 2-1 victories over Cross and Collier.
