Competition continues to be fierce in the BIZminton4 league being played at the Badminton Centre.

Ties were not as close last Wednesday as in previous weeks but as the rallies got longer, the noise got louder.

Final ties will be played next week.

Apologies to Starship Enterprise (1), who in Week 3 defeated Launch (1) 3 matches all, 129 points to 125pts. (The result published last week for this game was incorrect.)

6pm: Court 1, Launch (1) v Monday Madness; C2, WSP Opus v Launch 2; C3, Te Hapara Excellers v Late Comers; C4, Ngati Rangi Night Blades v No Idea.

Teams are asked to contribute towards a shared supper.

Launch (1), Launch (2) and Te Hapara Excellers all have two ties tomorrow.

Duty team: Te Hapara teams (sweep courts at end of night).
