ENTRIES are being sought for the Jimmy Aupouri Memorial Secondary Schools Softball Tournament. It will be held at Ngata Memorial College at Ruatoria on Saturday, September 17.
The tournament is open to all Tairawhiti secondary schools or schools with students in Year 9 to Y13.
The region runs from Whangaparaoa/Cape
Runaway in the north to Wairoa in the south.
This is the fourth year the tournament will have been run, and competition is divided into boys’ and girls’ A and B grades — four in all.
Anyone keen to enter a team should contact Tairawhiti Softball Association president Walton Walker.
