Results from under-15 national championship hockey tournaments in Timaru (for the girls) and Invercargill (for the boys)

Day 3(yesterday): Poverty Bay boys lost 4-2 to Thames Valley. PB scorer was Shaun Bignell-Tupara (2).

PB boys finished second in Pool D, into quarterfinals to face Auckland B today.

PB girls defeated Southland B 5-0. PB scorers were Kelsey Teneti (2), Mia MacGregor (2) and Elisha Black.

PB girls def West Coast 4-1. PB scorers were Kelsey Teneti (3) and Mikaylah Tamati.

PB girls finished first in Pool B, into quarterfinals to face South Canterbury today.

Day 2: PB boys def Otago B 4-1. PB scorers were Salustiano Rodriguez-Ferrere, Shaun Bignell-Tupara (2), Brooklyn Bruin-Nikora.

PB girls had a rest day — no games.
