THE largest trophy in Poverty Bay-East Coast golf and arguably sport in general in the region is back on the line this weekend after a Covid-19-affected absence.

The Enterprise Motor Group men’s open foursomes is being held on Saturday.

Up for grabs is the giant Enterprise Cup — in which over 100 golf balls can fit — for the gross winners.

It was last played for in 2019, with Poverty Bay’s Pete Anderson and Electrinet Park’s Anuresh Chandra winning with an even-par 72.

Entries can be made online or at the Poverty Bay pro shop (867-4402).

Food will be supplied at the prize-giving.
