Kahutia

SENIOR MIXED PAIRS

Only five entries were received for Kahutia Bowling Club’s senior mixed pairs championship.

In a close and competitive struggle, Leighton Shanks and Dianne Phillips finally overcame a spirited challenge from Glenys Whiteman and July Hoepo.

Shanks and Phillips went into a possible final with their two lives intact but one-lifers Whiteman and Hoepo were too strong, winning convincingly 17-10.

All four players must be congratulated on their performances in the last two games.
