Councillor Foster, in the Monday column, gives figures for the additional costings for the Endeavour models which included $8000 plus GST for resource consent. Really? The models are a community enterprise supported by the council. Many in the community have donated.
The council should waive this fee. It supports havingthe models. So do many in the community.
